DO WHAT YOU’LL WISH YOU’D DONE

This has been my life motto for several years now. It helps guide my decisions and the path I choose to pursue in life, and it’s a reminder and a challenge to continually learn, grow, and improve. When I think about sitting down for a beer with my future self (old man David), I imagine asking him what he wishes he’d done in his life, what he regrets doing or not doing, and what I should do. Whatever he wishes he’d done, I do my best figure out how to pursue it.
